This tender is designed to procure a management system and associated components that allow the initialisation, issuance and lifecycle management of the eHealth smartcard.

This tender covers the components for managing the smartcard.

These components consist of: the Smartcard Management System; card printers; contact smartcard readers; the Hardware Security Module (HSM) for protection of the security keys; the middleware and mini-driver for network authentication; the card's on board application for performing the certificate and PIN management functions.

- The Australian Government representation located in Kabul requires the provision of close personal protection, primarily to protect the Head of Mission but also to protect other diplomatic staff and visitors.

This close personal protection is required to be armed and would, in the event of an attack, be expected to take such action as to protect the lives of those being guarded while minimising the amount of force used and the impact on innocent bystanders.

In addition, the Australian Government representation in Kabul requires the provision of guarding services to protect the Head of Mission, other diplomatic staff and visitors as well as Embassy premises and property and the residential accommodation of Australia-based staff.

- Defence SA requires a Contractor to provide security patrols and on-site guard services for Innovation House, Endeavour House and the Homestead at Technology Park, SA.

The internal patrols shall be a full internal patrol of all common areas including but not limited to tenancy entry doors, amenities, tearooms, service cupboards, all stairwells, plant rooms, all common areas, car park areas, roof entry doors and all entry and exit points to the building.

The external patrols will include a physical check of all perimeter doors and external common areas.

If a door/area is found unsecured, an internal check is to be completed and the building secured prior to departure.

- Western Australia Police has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of an aviation full motion video networking system(s).

The purpose of the WA Police Aviation Full Motion Video (FMV) Downlink and Networking System is to provide WA Police and selected Government Agencies with enhanced situational awareness through the provision of real-time or near-real-time aerial sensor vision in a usable format.

This tool will increase the safety and efficiency of frontline policing and the effectiveness of inter-agency emergency management.
