These results have been supported by the company's internal customer review process, which centres around an annual survey conducted amongst customers and industry partners.
The survey was completed by distributors, system integrators and end users in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and APAC regions.
This year, FFT's customers rated all five areas of the survey positively, scoring more than 85 per cent across the board.
Topping the list were customers' overall impressions of FFT, which scored 93 per cent, followed by technical support at 91 per cent.
FFT has also just completed the International Organisation for Standardisation's (ISO) extensive audit process and had its ISO9001:2008 certification validated for another three years.
